We start with a video call where I assess your movement, your pain, and your history. From there I build your programme and send it to you. Then we stay in touch daily via WhatsApp. You send me videos of exercises, I give feedback. If something changes, we adjust the plan. It's more contact than most people get with in-person physio.
The opposite. Your programme is built from scratch based on your assessment. It's updated every week based on how you're responding. If I gave everyone the same plan I wouldn't need to assess you first.
