The honest answers

Can rehab really work online? +
Better than you'd think. Hands-on feels lovely and it has its place, but for long-term results it isn't the thing that fixes you. The plan, the dosage and the consistency are. And those work brilliantly online, with me available all week instead of once a fortnight.
I've tried everything already. Why would this be different? +
Because most of what you've tried treated the painful spot, not the reason it's painful. We start by finding the actual cause, which often sits somewhere completely different to where it hurts. Fix that and the injury stops coming back. That's the whole point.
How much time does this take each week? +
Less than you'd expect. You do not need to train five days a week. A couple of focused sessions plus a bit of mobility is often plenty. The programme is built around your life and your schedule, not the other way round. That's how I sorted my own knees.
How long until I actually feel better? +
For most injuries, a proper fix is 8 to 12 weeks. But you'll usually notice an improvement from around week two. I'd rather tell you that straight than promise you'll be sorted in a weekend.
What's the 24-hour access actually like? +
You can message me on WhatsApp whenever something comes up, a question, a flare-up, a win. I'll catch up with you every week to see how the sessions have gone and tweak your plan. In between, I won't chase you, so if something's not right, just tell me and I'm on it.
What if my problem is too complicated or too old? +
Old and complicated is often exactly the stuff that needs someone digging through the history to find the real cause. That's where this approach shines. If for some reason it's genuinely not something I can help with, I'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
Do I need a gym or loads of equipment? +
