A written diagnosis and a plan that's specific to you, not the injury in general

Once I know what's actually going on, I write it up. You get a full written assessment report so you understand exactly what's wrong and why. Then I build your programme around those specific findings. Not a template, not a general "knee pain" plan. The programme that addresses your mechanics, your weaknesses, and your goals. Updated every week as you get stronger.

I've been on the other side of this.

I've had two knee surgeries. I know what it's like to sit in a waiting room, get handed a sheet of exercises, and walk out with no real explanation of what's actually going on. I did everything I was told and still didn't get the answers I needed.

Can you actually diagnose me properly online?

Yes. The 45-minute consultation is a full assessment. I watch you move, analyse your technique, ask the right questions, and work through the same diagnostic process I'd use in person. The only thing I can't do online is hands-on treatment. But a proper movement analysis and a well-built programme is where the results actually come from. Most people have had hands-on treatment already. It hasn't fixed it. That tells you something.

I've tried physio before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

That's most of the people I work with. Standard physio appointments aren't set up to find root causes. They're set up to get you through 30 minutes. If you've been given exercises and sent away, you've been treated for a symptom. This starts with a full movement and technique analysis to find out why the injury keeps happening, not just what hurts.

How much time does this actually take each week?

The programme is built around your life. Most sessions are 20 to 40 minutes. The daily check-ins are quick. A message, a video, whatever's needed. I'm not asking you to rebuild your schedule around this. I'm asking you to do the right work consistently.

How quickly will I see results?

Most people feel a real shift within the first couple of weeks. Some injuries take longer depending on how long you've had them and what's going on. The 12-week block exists because that's usually enough time to create lasting change rather than just getting you through a flare-up.

What if it doesn't work for me?

If you go through the first week and genuinely don't think this is the right fit, I'll refund you. No interrogation. I'd rather you tell me than just disappear. The programme is built around your specific findings. It's not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Can I cancel the weekly plan?

Yes, anytime. No contract, no minimum term, no awkward cancellation process. That said, most people who've had ongoing pain for a while need at least 4 to 6 weeks to see lasting results rather than just short-term relief.

What counts as chronic pain?

Clinically, anything over 12 weeks is considered chronic. But it doesn't matter much whether you've had it for 2 weeks or 2 years, the approach is the same. Find the cause, fix the cause, build the body back up properly.
